    Data Sharing with Companies

    Important: When you apply for a job, your application data (CV, cover letter, profile) is shared with the hiring company's recruiters.You control which jobs you apply to, so you control which companies see your data.

    What companies CAN'T do:

    • ✗Access your data after the job closes (unless you're hired)
    • ✗Share your data with external third parties
    • ✗Use your data for other jobs without your explicit permission
